Hexagon Crazy!

I have been crocheting for 4 years now, however I did not get serious about my now passion until the birth of my son a month ago. The idea of a few key stitches added together in such a way can literally make thousands of patterns and designs. It is mind boggling. Recently I made my first hexagon, aided by the brilliant blog found here http://attic24.typepad.com/weblog/2008/11/hexagon-crochet.html. I love hexagons! I am obsessed with the variety of color combinations and things I can make out of these wonderful shapes. It is amazing.
